Our packages were created in a way that easily allows clients to add on as many or as few months for the amount of help they need. Our aim is to provide a wide range of help knowing that our clients have varying depths of needs. We also hope that this format of packages provides our clients with a sense of comfort that they are not tied down to something that may not be providing them what they need anymore. Businesses are always evolving and we hope that our short packages will serve you to the best of your requirements for as long as you wish. It also allows clients to try out or services without being tied down for a long period in order to see if our company is a good fit for them.

Daydreamer Digital does not have discounts available for our packages. We have carefully curated our prices to ensure you are gaining the maximum value for your hard earned money. Some companies implement a higher intake fee to account for the increase in work onboarding takes. We have opted out of this to ensure you are always paying the same price. Trust us, the investment you put into your business will be so worth it!

With branding, digital marketing and photography being service based business offerings, it can be daunting for both the client and the service provider when it comes to payment. Daydreamer Digital requires that clients pay for 50% of their service charges at time of contract signing. The other 50% must be payed  at the time of project completion. In all Daydreamer Digital contracts it states that a limited amount of small changes are allowed at the clients request should they be unhappy with the final product. Signing a contract with us indicates that you fully understand what outcomes the services you have purchased will have and are agreeing to full payment of the service. Refusal to provide complete payment will result in legal action. It is our top priority to have our clients clearly understand what they will be receiving so that both parties have the same expectations and there is never any disappointment on either end. We strive for happy clients every time!

In order to best serve our clients, we reserve our communication to email only unless a phone call has been scheduled in advance as part of your onboarding or included in your package. We love to be as helpful as possible to our clients and responding via email is the best way we can do that during our business hours of 9am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday. If this does not work for you, we can schedule additional phone calls under our consulting options which you can view on our services page.

We operate 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday with the exclusion of Canadian and American holidays. We are unable to respond to requests sent outside of these hours until the next business day.

Showit is an incredibly intuitive website building platform. It allows us to send websites to clients and have them be empowered to make simple changes all on their own because of its ease of use. It is essentially a drag and drop platform that doesn't need coding or a computer science degree to figure out!  We really dislike overcomplicating things here at Daydreamer Digital, therefore Showit is the best website building platform for not only us, but for YOU.

What does the "Timeframe" given indicate for each package?

What does the "Timeframe" given indicate for each package?

The timeframe is listed for each package to give you an estimated range of time that you can expect your service to be completed within from the time your contract is signed. This timeframe is tentative based on clients timely responses, number of edits requested (if applicable) and other unforeseen factors that can come into play. This timeframe does not indicate the total amount of time it would take to complete the service. It is taking into account other projects currently being taken on by Daydreamer Digital and regular work hours in a week (40hrs/week).
